H is for Happy!
Tait had 2 30 minute naps today..I put him down so he could have a real nap and he was pretty quite in his crib for about 15 minutes...then I heard some noise...I slowly opened his door to see what he was doing and caught him playing in his crib..all smiles!

My husband has picked up a new hobby...I blame my brother. He already has a set of golf clubs (early Christmas present)

F is for FUN! Today Justin had off of work so we decided to check out the Incredible Pizza Co.
What a fun place! Our friend Angela met us there for lunch. The lunch buffet is only $5.99 which includes a drink...You buy a card to play the games. Its a Christian owned company. They don't allow baggy pants(showing boxers..lol), revealing clothing, and NO swearing. Great place for families!

D is for Dancing! K..so I cheated a little...its not a picture..its a video..Tait loves his Baby Einstein cd and loves dancing to it even more! I was a little bummed I didn't catch him dancing his usual dance (usually he sways side to side)..its cute! anyway..enjoy!

(sorry its not very steady...and when I put the camera down it had a problem focusing...(would love to get a real video camera and not just use my old, small digital camera..)

C is for clothes! I spend lastnight and this morning going through Tait's clothes for this fall/winter. He has a lot, but still needs a few things. Like...a winter coat! lol. Boy babies are expensive! I can't even imagine if he was a girl! It would be much worse I am sure!

B is for book! The Very Hungry Caterpillar is one of my favorites and Tait and I read it a couple times today...I loved reading when I was younger (I don't feel like I have time to do it much anymore, but I am trying to get back into it) and I hope Tait loves to read as he gets older!

So..my cousin who talked me into starting this blog said she was starting a challenge...taking a picture for every letter of the alphabet..so today is A!
I am So glad fall is coming soon! I love this time of year...especially since that means that my dads apples are ready. YUM!!

I have cleared the house of sweets because it is too tempting for me (Ever since I got pregnant with Tait sweets have been my weakness.) Well I was really craving chocolate...this is all I could find! I had one and thats all I could handle!

Tonight I went and saw The Time Traveler's Wife with a couple friends...
We got through the previews and just as the movie was getting ready to start the screen went blank and stayed that way for a good 10 minutes. Then the screen started up again but started at the previews again...we got about 5 min into those and a manager came in apologized and said we would get vouchers for any other movie except for 3D...nice!

Today we went to the State Fair. We thought we weren't going to be able to go at first because it rained this morning...So glad we did! The weather was perfect! It wasn't busy at all while we were there. I think Tait liked seeing the animals. I am looking forward to going next year when he is older :)

I totally forgot about my fun purchase this weekend for myself.
Saturday I was in Martinsville helping mom and dad with the farmers market. Across the street there was a little store called Berries and Ivy. Cute store..lots of country home type crafts/decor. They also sold Vera Bradley. I have been wanting this Puccini pattern. Well I found out through a sign on the stores window that the pattern is being retired...everything in Puccini was 25% off. So I got myself these 2 items. I am excited now I can actually find MY stuff in the diaper bag!

After church Tait and I (along with my parents and brother) ate at Chili's in Columbus (where Justin works) on the way home Tait and I stopped by the outlet mall in Edinburgh. I got some great deals at Childrens place...8 shirts, 3 pair of shorts, and 2 swim trunks all for next summer...and all for under $40! DEAL!

yesterday I went to the church's 24 hours scrapbook night. I spent the night at my parents since I was out late, and they had Tait that is why I didn't get this posted..my parents don't have internet.
This is one of my favorite pages of the night..
I am bummed because this was the last 24 hr crop of the year..the next one will be the 48 hour retreat..which I have asked to go as a Christmas present from my husband and mother...both have said yes to my request too...yeah!

tomorrow I am going scrapbooking at church. I always look forward to this time...time away from hubby and baby...though I love them very much..I need my time too! I LOVE my friends that I scrap with..we always have SO much fun..really looking forward to it.

I used to not be a huge fan of paperstacks for scrapbooking..(mainly because it was flimsy, thin paper..not cardstock.) but they have gotten a lot better this year. I buy one every couple months when JoAnns has them on sale for $10. I got this one today. It's kind of hard to find GOOD boy cardstock so I was excited to find this one. I am scrapbooking this Friday night at church with a friends so I will get to use it soon!

The room swap is done! Well. I still have more to decorate. I need pictures on the walls and a few other things done..now the other room needs a little work still...but I am liking the set up right now :)

Our house has a living room and family room. Since we moved in almost a year ago, we made the living room our dining area...well I decided just last week that I wanted to switch the rooms...I hate walking into our house to see this..(it has chairs around it) so tonight I started the swap. Justin has tomorrow off and is going to help me with the bigger heavier furniture..hopefully tomorrows picture will be the the room completed!
